I purchased this item at the last minute & was nervous about shipping. I messaged Shelby & Mike and they were super fast with responding. I even ordered custom carpenters pencils to go along with this bundle pack. They had my pencils shipped the NEXT DAY!!! I was supposed to receive my pencils a day earlier than expected. Needless to say, I was blown away with excitement! It was my mailman that was late on the delivery. I received notification that my mail was running late, then I ended up receiving my mail (with my pencils) on the original date that I expected. :) Regardless, Baum Design went above & beyond on this special purchase. My daughter’s daddy & her Pop Pop were thrilled to receive these custom pencils on Father’s Day. They were extra special & I could not have done this without the help from Baum Design! Thank you!!
