FAQ

What do the different product types mean?

    • Stock: Stock products are typically in stock and ready to ship. Can not be personalized. Typically ships in 1-2 business days unless other wise noted on the product page. 
    • Personalized: Personalized products are made from in stock base products and your personalization can be added to the product. The base product can not be customized. Typically ships in 1-5 business days unless other wise noted on the product page. 
    • Custom: Custom products are made to order from raw material and can be 100% customized. If you would like something customized more than the product page allows please contact us for a custom quote. Typically ships in 7-14 business days unless other wise noted on the product page. 

What shipping service should I select?

    • Local Pickup: Your order is typically ready within the processing time located on the product page. Learn more about local pickup HERE.
    • USPS Parcel Select Ground:  Transit time 2-9 business days. 
    • USPS First class: Transit time 2-5 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail: Transit time 1-3 business days.
    • USPS Priority Mail Express: Transit time 1-2 business days.
    • UPS Ground: Transit time 1-3 business days to most locations in the lower 48, up to 6 days everywhere else. UPS Ground Map
    • UPS Second Day Air: Transit time 2 business days.
    • UPS Next Day Air Saver: Transit time 1 business day.  
    • Flat Rate shipping: Typically USPS First class or UPS Parcel Select Ground service.
    • Free shipping: Typically USPS First class or USPS Parcel Select Ground service.
    • NOTE: Transit times do not include order processing time. Please see the product page for estimated processing time & add the transit time for estimated product arrival. Orders with multiple items will ship together, processing time will match that of the item with the longest processing time on the order. 

Do you accept returns?

    • Stock Product: Yes, original shipping costs & return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. *
    • Personalized Product: No, due to the nature of personalized products we can not accept returns. 
    • Custom Product: No, due to the nature of custom products we can not accept returns. 

Do you accept exchanges?

    • Stock Product: Yes, original shipping, return shipping & new shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. *
    • Personalized Product: No, due to the nature of personalized products we can not accept returns. 
    • Custom Product: No, due to the nature of custom products we can not accept returns. 

My order was damaged, wrong, or incomplete now what?

    • Please contact us as soon as possible so we can work to resolve the issue with your order. 

I placed an order with an incorrect address and it hasn't shipped yet, now what?

    • Please contact ASAP, if your order has not shipped when we received your message we can cancel your order so that you can place a order with the correct shipping address.

I placed an order with an incorrect address and it shipped already, now what?

   Stock Product:

        • Package is in transit: Please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number to see about rerouting your package. There may be a fee from the carrier for this service.
        • Package has been returned to sender: We will reship your package. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to reship the package.*
        • Package delivered to the wrong address: Unfortunately we are unable to retrieve the shipment at this point. Purchaser will have to place a new order. If the order is returned later by the recipient we will refund the second order minus shipping charges.*

   Personalized or custom product:

        • Package is in transit: Please reach out to the shipping carrier with your tracking number to see about rerouting your package. There may be a fee from the carrier for this service.
        • Package has been returned to sender: We will reship your package once we receive it back. Purchaser is responsible for shipping charges to reship the package.*

Do you ship internationally? 

    • Yes! We currently only ship to USA & Canada. If you would like to place an order for an international order for any other location please contact us for a shipping quote & to place the order.  
    • Recipient is responsible for all tariffs, duties, tax & processing fees that may be placed on the order by governments & shipping carriers. These are NOT included in the shipping price at checkout, they will be billed to you by your local government and/or shipping carrier upon customs clearance.     • We ship international orders via USPS, UPS, or DHL based on costs. If you prefer a specific shipping carrier please contact us prior to placing your order.
